In the little book, ‘God Calling,’ I read today, ‘In quiet and confidence shall be your strength.’

Prayer: Thank you Jesus, your Peace and Comfort are flowing through me now, that I may open more and more to enlarge my capacity to receive, for I shall be filled.

I would encourage you to carry on, ever God-ward. Many doors will open to you when you are ready, for according to thy faith, it shall be done unto thee. Only believe.

Your early morning habit of writing is a wonderful tool for you to concentrate on the words you ‘hear’ in your head. A soul that is willing to take the time to sit with its Teacher, is always nurtured and accepted with glad encouragement from the Teacher. It gladdens his or her heart when the pupil is willing to listen.

Be ever open, receptive and responsive to Divine Guidance. I know how you balk at the word ‘obedience,’ because in your perception it smacks of strictness and of ‘having to.’

By being responsive, you answer the call of Spirit and follow of your own free will, without the concept ‘obedience’ nipping at your heels.

Again, be assured that when you open up to receive, you shall be filled. Only believe.
