My children, this is your Divine Mother of the Universe. I am Nebadonia and I live within your minds. Nothing is more basic to your being than me. I am the life force animating your bodies…the driving force behind your breath, the power behind your heartbeat. I share myself with you that you may have LIFE abundantly, vibrantly, creatively, joyfully. I invite you to rest yourself in me that I may disclose to you a fuller awareness of our connection, and for you to increasingly trust that bond.

Focus your thoughts on the word MOTHER and breathe deeply and slowly. Allow all thoughts to dissipate into your breath. Invite me to infuse you with energy and I will respond. Some of you may feel some tightness in your body as my presence slowly and gently wishes to envelope the density in your cells. Simply continue to relax and trust in my love for you. You are safe in my hands.

This simple exercise is one you can practice throughout your day. It is designed to help you attune yourself to what is available through our connection and to heighten your sensitivity to more subtle forms of energy. The life force is quietly expanding you into my universal mind and sharing what you need to experience LIFE as your Father and I have decreed.
