Opening

SONDJAH: This is Sondjah. It is good to be with you, thank you for being here. Thank you for contributing to this effort. We have been listening in to your discussions before this presentation, and we are delighted to hear that you have risen to a new level of performance in your group. I mentioned that your group has deferred to one another to provide services to the group, and now it is time for you, to assume some of those responsibilities, as was suggested by one of the members. These are assumed by your willingness, by the contributions you have made already. You have demonstrated your capacity and capability, your commitment and your special talents that contribute to the group and to these sessions. We appreciate that you are being active in the Team, for it makes your group and these sessions very productive, as what is provided through these transmissions, recordings, transcripts, and the journal are very important for those who come later. They will piece together those documents, to figure out what occurred during the sessions.

Lesson

You made great progress last week by succinctly stating the several beliefs within the “Kids can do anything” web site material. You identified some its underlying beliefs, and tonight, we wish you to take up where you left off last week, so you can continue. I know that my discussion with you was brief, though this is my purpose. My function to participate in the group is to give you an appraisal of your performance, direct you where you have been absent, or where you need to fill an absence, and to move ahead, to encourage you to progress.

I am not Monjoronson, as you know. My function is far, far different from his, and my function is far removed from the realm of his executive capacities, so I have not too much to share with you concerning the larger events of his programs. You must come to consensus to invite him to return to your group to answer your questions. He is eager to do so, but you must show an organized willingness to approach him and then have the questions ready at hand. This is not too much to expect, is it? (No.) Thank you.

With that I would ask you, do you have any questions at this time that are germane to the Co-Creative Design Team process that we have been engaging?

Dialogue

Michael: We have come to experience that part of what is going on with this group and its functioning, is that we are attracting new people into the group, almost by accident—or I would say by intentions—and it has been pointed out by you that this is more in line with us determining those who discover, understand, by way of people and resources. Is it the case that I hear that and understand that correctly, and is there any more elaboration on that in terms of how we should go about that that you would like to offer?

SONDJAH: You are correct in assuming and acknowledging that you are “finders:” You are finders of material, and you are finders of those who can contribute to our Team. Your group, this team, is actually functioning on a far higher level of performance than you realize. In many ways, you are operating in an executive capacity as “The” Co-Creative Design Team of the world. You are bringing those individuals and those resources that are important to the development of the designs for a sustainable civilization and society.

You have perhaps thought of yourselves as ordinary individuals, living in this rural, mountainous community, and this is true to an extent, but you have engaged a process at a level that has not existed before. Therefore you are setting a course for the development of co-creative design teams around the world, as they come into existence. You are trailblazers, you are pathfinders, you are scouts into the wilderness of consciousness of sustainability. Your capacity as well is to remain integral – to maintain integrity in your consciousness for the duties and chores that you have for being here. Your participation is an act of integrity of consciousness to find the way, and so you are finding the way. We have enough people of consciousness-energy, integrity of consciousness, for this work that the sources for new information and new individuals are coming to you unexpectedly and in almost miraculous ways, almost.

You can assist this process greatly by acknowledging what is occurring, by giving appreciation for what is occurring. You may not realize it, but you are attracting them as much as we are in guiding them to you. Do you understand that? (Yes.) You are a north pole, we are a south pole, and there is this object, this person, this resource, which comes to you. And so, through this loose metaphor, you are attracting individuals and resources, which are so important to the design of a sustainable civilization. You have begun with relationships in earnest and you dedicated many weeks to this, and it was very fruitful, though very frightening for some, and disappointing to others.

You have then engaged the process of trying to design a sustainable educational system or process, or sustainable education of whatever form, and this is indeed, miraculous. Not by coincidence, but by design—and understand the word “design”—you have a design in the purposes and function of this team, which imprints upon your surroundings, and so you are attracting those pieces of the puzzle that fit where you have a need. You have thought so long about having education for children, and how to raise children, where do we start? We start with the procreative couple, who delivers a newborn child, and then teaches this child how to be a sustainable individual, a major portion of which is how to teach this child to be happy, and “Voila!” “Eureka!” You have attracted an individual who has been working on this very material for years. He has dedicated his life to it, is teaching his own children, and is now validating this in several school districts in this nation and several other nations, simultaneously. So yes, congratulations on your “finding.” [Speaking of Patrick McMillan.]

I would be willing to entertain an extraneous or curiosity question, which is within my capacity to answer, if you have any. (Pause.) With that, let us close and begin your team session, where you will discuss your beliefs and work sideways into values, expectations and criteria, if you would, please. Are you ready to engage this now? (Yes.) Thank you. Good night, and I will rejoin you verbally, in presence with you next week, though I will be with you all during the week as I usually am. Thank you.

SONDJAH: This is Sondjah. I am glad to be back with you once more and to be in the verbally present state, where you can ask questions. Are there questions at this time?

Michael: Sondjah, can you give us some insight into how we might know when our work on a particular effort is be complete, or at a place when we might be directed to go to another project?

SONDJAH: Most certainly, I would be glad to answer that. First, it begins with your intention. You must re-examine your intention for the project, and I assume that you are now speaking about sustainable education? (Yes.) Then examine your intentions, yours personally and as for the group, because this will tell you when you are through. When your intentions are fulfilled, then you may move on and feel comfortable with doing so.

If your intention was to design a sustainable education environment, as you have done here for the last few weeks and tonight, then you have surely almost, accomplished what you set out to do, though the documentation is certainly most brief. You could use the word “scarce” as well. However if you were thinking your intention was to encompass a higher, elementary classroom situation, or a secondary educational system, or an academic, collegiate system, then your intentions are not complete. You must determine this in your time tonight, or soon, to decide how you want to proceed. We are here to assist you to accomplish your intentions, because we know that you will be happy when you have completed them, and you will be eager to move on.

As guidance to you, I also ask you to estimate how you are working as a group, and whether are you satisfied with the results that you have achieved, or are you merely flitting about from topic to topic, satisfying your curiosity? You must look at this as well, I believe in my estimation. We will support you, assist you, facilitate you, and encourage you as long as you are engaged with your intentions. As the facilitator is necessary to keep you on track, so we too, strive to keep you on track to fulfill your intentions, though our facilitating is not as frequent as his. Is this clear? (Yes, thank you.) Are there other questions?

Student (Cayce?): Sondjah, when we were working on the relationships, where we were working in smaller groups and we were working with more focus, maybe, than trying to do everything with the whole group. What do you think? Should we stay as one, or should we consider what we want to accomplish for the night and then breaking down into small groups? What would be most productive?

SONDJAH: It would be most productive first to assess your intentions, and secondly, if you have not fulfilled your intentions, then you may wish to consider breaking into smaller groups. I would surely advise you not to break into groups smaller than three, please. You must have enough individuals to sustain these very small groups, without a facilitator or a TR present, so that your numbers must minimally be seven, for this larger group, in order to break into two groups of three. Thank you for your question. Last question, if there remain any?

Closing

I thank you for your time, your thoughtfulness, your earnest dedication. We are very pleased with the results of the Co-Creative Design Team, in terms of the happiness level of your group. This too, is a very fundamental feature of your productivity, as is a sense of satisfaction, a sense of well-being, accomplishment, self-fulfillment, and commitment to a larger cause than what you have during the day. We know that your sense of satisfaction in all these areas contributes to the productivity of all, and to the accomplishment of the team. We thank you so very much for being here and we appreciate your enthusiasm, your joy, and I might add as well—we see this very clearly—that you have a connection with Christ Michael and Nebadonia, the higher spirits of the realm as you do this work, for you are doing this with a personal interest and dedication of your own sense of achievement, accomplishment and growth, and participation in the larger universe. This is measurable to us; you have felt it and we have seen it. Good night.
