Again, I think your "arbitrary date" is too soon. But, that aside, aren't these early transmissions wonderful? So pure, so simple. As is said, here, the Teaching Mission message could be told on one page. Amazing how we have found so many ways to say the same thing. I guess that might be some of the appeal of so many personalities -- new ways to say the same thing.

Hello Gerdean-

It is really an inspiration to read through the entire collection of Dialogues, and I am glad you appreciate them regardless of their 'date'. Speaking of which, are you suggesting that the date assigned to the record is incorrect?

Thanks,

Rob

"Again, I think your 'arbitrary date' is too soon." Yes.

Hello Gerdean-

The date is derived from the record itself. As you have questioned its accuracy, I will make note of this in the discussion section of the record and inquire with those present at the session.

Thank you for your sharp eye!

Rob

Arbitrary date assigned as January 02, 1992 for indexing purposes]"

How is that "derived from the record itself?"

G.

Byron,

Since you were apparently a participant in this session can you recall a more accurate date that the one assigned 'arbitrarily' as indicated in the note at bottom? If you don't, can you refer me others who may? A question has been raised as to its accuracy.

Gratefully,

Rob

This was a note assigned presumably by Ron at TMArchives and most likely because no other date was available. I am awaiting reports from those attending the session, and when I hear from them, I will let you know the results. --rdavis 20:05, 5 October 2011 (UTC)

This date is not likely to be correct. I got my start in late 1992 with the TM. I could have been there on a visit home, but not that early. Suggest you contact Sussi or Jim C about this. I went to at least three meetings in Cincy on the 1990s, so it is okay to place me there, but this date sounds like it is a year too early for such developments...

Thanks Byron! The thoughts attributed to you in the lessons sound authentic, that is to say, I don't another would ask some of these questions re: publishing, etc. So your suspicion of the record being assigned too early a date seem true. I will insert your comments in the discussion page of the record and see if others recall more.--rdavis 19:59, 6 October 2011 (UTC)

Gerdean,

Byron concurs with your assessment that the date is too early for this record though he cannot recall exactly when it was. As he advised inquiring with Jim, I will ask Jim to offer his own recollection that might be confirmed with yet another.

Jim, if you are reading tml at the moment, can you let us know what you think?

Thanks,

Rob

According to Jim Cleveland's recitation, the first T/R gathering of the Cincinatti TeaM was December 1992. Tarkas held forth through Jim. You can read the entire article on the Harp of God site, Teaching Mission pages, specifically under Teacher Bases. So it was sometime after that. Perhaps January 2, 1993.

Thank you Gerdean! That corresponds with Byron memory, and while it is yet to be confirmed, the facts do point to the probability that the title of the file should be instead 1993-01-02-On the New Mission. I will move it to this location leaving behind a redirect from the old title with a note attached signifying that further clarification is pending.--rdavis 21:59, 6 October 2011 (UTC)
